Today is Black Friday, one of the busiest Shopping days of the year. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky ones to get to go shopping today. But it was still not a bad morning so far. In fact I saw something that put a smile on my face, which will probably be there for the rest of the day.

On my 25-minute drive to work this morning I happen to glance over and what do I see. A water fountain, overflowing with lots and lots of lovely bubbles. The kinda bubbles that a few bottles of sudsy pick could produce.
It took me back to my carefree days

As you know both of my children are enrolled in karate.
I keep telling myself that it provides something that both my children need.

Well I have changed my mind. I found out yesterday that in order for my children to be BBC (Black Belt Champions) I need to come up with $5,000 per child. Yes that’s right they want $10,000 for my children to attend karate for the next 3 years.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!

Now of course they did not come right out and say it was $10,000.00
They tried to break it down in bite size pieces.

Option A
I could put 500.00 down and then just pay 500.00 a month for the next 18 months that will save you a little over $1000.00 (This is the most popular plan)

Or option B

I would make a 700.00 deposit, the my monthly payments would be a little less than 300.00 for the next 36 months

WOW!!!!! WOW!!!!

I love my babies. But I can think of a lot of other things that I can do with 10,000.00

1. Down payment on a New Car.
2. Replace my roof
3. Finish re-modeling the back of my house
4. Get out of debt
5. Buy my children new bad room suite
6. Send my children to private school
7. Install a fence to keep the crazy neighbors on their property
8. Finish my kitchen
9. Family vacation
10. Buy stocks

So now my options are to ask them if they were hit one time to many in the head or find a less expensive school

Thirty-five is when you finally get your head together and your body starts falling apart
