I am The Hanged Man

The Hanged Man reminds us that the best approach to a problem is not always the most obvious. When we most want to force our will on someone, that is when we should release. When we most want to have our own way, that is when we should sacrifice. When we most want to act, that is when we should wait. The irony is that by making these contradictory moves, we find what we are looking for.

THE JOY OF CHILDREN.

THE FIRST WEEK BACK AFTER CHRISTMAS VACATION HIT AND LIKE ALL MOTHERS I TRIED TO BE READY FOR IT. I STRESS THE WORD TRIED.

MY CHILDREN, JUDY AND ELROY WERE ON TOP OF THINGS THOUGH. IF FACT THEY WERE SO WORRIED ABOUT MISSING THE BUS THAT THEY WERE UP AND DRESS BY 5:30AM. THEY USUALLY DON'T ROLL OUT OF BED UNTIL ABOUT 6:45 AM. AND THEN IT TAKE ANOTHER 10 MINUTES OF ME TRYING TO GET THEM MOTIVATED (SCREAMING) BEFORE IT ALL SINKS IN. AND I AM ABLE TO GET THEM DRESSED AND OUT OF THE DOOR.

THE SECOND DAY OF SCHOOL WAS NOTHING LIKE THE FIRST. THE WHOLE HOUSE SLEPT IN AND THEN THERE WAS THIS MAD RUSH FOR EVERYONE TO GET UP,DRESSED AND OUT THE DOOR IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES. (NO ONE WANT TO MISS THE BUS)

SINCE THEN THINGS HAVE GONE BACK TO NORMAL.
